Growing up on a farm, Adam was always fascinated with old cooking techniques, including making jams, jellies, candies, baking, etc. This fascination was inspired by both of his grandmothers. At a young age, he made apple jelly, and jam made from wild violet flowers. During the pandemic, he experimented with a small batch of raspberry rhubarb, which was a huge hit with his co-workers at summer camp. Now in 2023, we offer all sorts of jam flavors, focusing mainly on ones you can’t find in the grocery aisle. These include Strawberry Rhubarb, Raspberry Rhubarb, Blueberry Rhubarb, Strawberry, Mixed Berry, Blueberry, with more flavors in the pipeline.
